IceWEB to Build 96 Terabyte Geospatial Storage Platform

IceWEB announced its new deal to provide a 96TB Geospatial Platform, that is is scalable to 512TB. According to the company's press release, the average price for a Terabyte of storage can range between $1,000 and $4,000 depending on the configuration.

"IceWEB, Inc. announced that the Company has received an order from a large geospatial imagery provider for a 96TB Geospatial Platform. The solution will be utilized to store, manage and index massive Geospatial data-sets. The platform will be deployed in the current quarter and is scalable to 512TB. The average price for a Terabyte of storage can range between $1,000 and $4,000 depending on the configuration and software deployed on each specific solution."
