Pillar Adds Storage Networking Support to AxiomONE

Pillar Data Systems has released additions to its AxiomONE operating software that offer replication, performance and data protection features. As mentioned in this Infostor report, the AxiomONE software enhancements also include native array-based replication for both SAN and NAS traffic.

Bob Maness, Pillar's vice president of worldwide marketing and channel sales, says AxiomONE Replication requires an optional software license and is priced $1,000 per replicated terabyte. Pricing for AxiomONE replication is capped at a maximum of $100,000."
