In the company's press release, the data backup solutions provider said that there are three types of disaster recovery services are available to new and existing customers.

"Disaster recovery first response – STORServer will provide 24x7x365 on-site response to customers in need of actual disaster recovery. Every effort will be made to get on-site within 12 hours; 24 hour response time is guaranteed."
