Storage Networking Association Introduces Cloud BUR Group

The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) will host a webinar on July 22, 2010, to introduce the new Cloud Backup and Restore (Cloud BUR) Special Interest Group. According to this PR Log release, The Cloud BUR SIG is a project of SNIA’s Cloud Storage Initiative that promotes the adoption of cloud storage as a new delivery model that provides elastic, on-demand storage billed only for what is used.
