Viking Announces SATADIMM Solid State Drive
A press release by Sanmina-SCI announced that one of its divisions – Viking Modular Solutions – has made its SATADIMM available to the mass market. The Enterprise Class SATA II Solid State Drive (SSD) will dramatically increase the capacity and storage capabilities of servers, cloud computing systems, and storage solutions. Features of the new solution include advanced write management techniques and super capacitor integration.
