Procom Technology, Inc. this week announced that it has entered into an agreement with IBM Global Services. As part of the agreement, IBM will provide Procom's U.S. customers who are under contract with 24/7 onsite installation, warranty and post-warranty service for all NetFORCE(TM) products.

By teaming with IBM, our customers can tap unparalleled service and support for their storage assets -- and all that this implies in terms of increased savings, manageability, scalability and data availability."
