SAS-Host Storage System Released by Infortrend

Infortrend has announced the availability of new 6Gb/s SAS-host storage systems in its entry-level EonStor DSfamily, in a press release presented on Market Wire.

With four 6Gb/s SAS-host ports per controller, SMBs can accommodate more application servers without large cost increases, with the new storage systems. SMB users are able to support up to eight servers in a non-HA (High Availability) configuration or four servers in a HA configuration.
