Ingrian Networks, a network security vendor, and network attached storage (NAS) vendor Network Appliance announced a strategic business and technology relationship to provide SSL/TLS acceleration solutions. The companies plan to integrate Network Appliance's content delivery solutions with that of Ingrian Networks' secure networking products

Ingrian Networks said its products are designed to secure data on web servers and databases using key management and security technologies based on widely adopted encryption standards. The company's secure networking products integrate FIPS 140-1, Level 2 validated key management, backend data encryption, access management, intrusion protection, secure content caching, content switching and SSL/TLS acceleration.
