EMC Adds Brocade API to Storage Management Software

EMC plans to integrate the Brocade’sFabric Access Application Programming Interface (API) into the its WideSky storage management middleware. The companies said this will enable applications developed using EMC WideSky to manage the Brocade SilkWorm family of fabric switches, which allows companies to network servers with storage devices through a storage area network (SAN).
