Xdrive Adds Macintosh Support

Xdrive Technologies, a provider of Internet information and content management solutions and services now offers storage and file sharing for the Macintosh platform through Web browser support.

According to the company, the service enables MAC users to store files, collaborate, back up and share files though their Xdrive accounts. The company said members can access, store and share their files through an established Xdrive account via any Web browser that is Java enabled, including, Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Netscape, among others.

Xdrive said the Macintosh community can centrally store and share any form of digital content, including audio files, video, digital images and Microsoft Office documents which can be accessed anywhere, anytime on any Internet-connected device, including Microsoft CE devices, or upload directly using Windows XP Web Publishing Wizard. Xdrive is also Passport enabled.
