iQstor is debuting its Foundation Series of Storage Solutions at Storage Networking World this week.

The iQstor storage solutions, including the R1800/J1800 Storage Appliance and iQ2000 Storage System, are targeted at the mid-tier market. The company said the Foundation Series is available with a variety of Storage Services Software Options. These include Storage Virtualization Services; Managed Snapshot Services; Remote Replication Services; Intelligent Capacity Management; Enhanced Caching Services; and Data Networking Software and Backup Services.

The iQstor Foundation Series will initially support Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows NT and Sun Solaris, with, according to the company, other operating environments to follow
