Alacritech, a provider of network accelerator solutions for servers and storage systems has signed and OEM agreement with Storage Computer Corporation.
According to the companies, Storage Computer has integrated Alacritech’s SLIC Technology into its CyberNAS 4000 product. The two companies demonstrated these network-attached storage solutions at this week’s Storage Networking World conference.
Alacritech said it showcased Storage Computer’s CyberNAS product incorporating Alacritech’s 1000×1 Single-port Server and Storage Accelerator. The company said servers using Alacritech’s Gigabit accelerators can simultaneously access iSCSI (Internet SCSI) block data from iSCSI targets and NAS file data from the Storage Computer CyberNAS over a single network interface.
