Gadzoox Networks, a supplier of Storage Area Network (SAN) products has signed an agreement with Anacomp, Inc. , a provider of technology outsourcing services, to offer technical services and support program to Gadzoox Networks’ customers.
Rajan Varadarajan, director of worldwide distribution sales for Gadzoox Networks, said “We chose Anacomp to offer extended technical services and support to our customers because Gadzoox Networks recognizes the importance of reliability and availability and how vital it is for customers to have immediate support in the rare instance that a problem occurs.”
According to Anacomp, it will offer Gadzoox Networks customers in North America and Europe round-the-clock product support and immediate on-site service for their Gadzoox Networks Slingshot and Capellix SAN switches. Service offerings from Anacomp include on-site technical support and advanced parts replacement.
