Reptron Electronics Inc. and flash disk manufacturer M-Systems today announced they will broaden their current distribution relationship. Reptron will handle M-Systems e-commerce, provide fulfillment services, engineering support, programming and contract manufacturing. This expanded partnership will enable Reptron and M-Systems to offer additional services to customers that go beyond the standard distribution process.

“M-Systems is one of our most highly-valued product lines,” said Keith W. Steenland, V.P Semiconductor Marketing, Reptron Electronics. “They offer flash data storage products that are unmatched in quality and reliability in the market today. We are very excited to expand this relationship to allow us to further promote and sell this line to our existing and future customers.”

“The strategic and philosophical synergy between both companies makes this a very strong partnership,” said Chuck Schouw, president and CEO, M-Systems Inc. “This expansion is a natural progression since Reptron Electronics has provided M-Systems with exceptional distribution support and services over the past year. This step will allow us to provide our customers with superior service for both pre and post order activities.”
