Sanrise Group, Inc., and its subsidiaries, a privately held global managed storage service provider, today nnounced that R. Marshall Case has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Case comes to sanrise with extensive experience in the Internet infrastructure and data storage arenas. Prior to joining the company, Case served as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer at Exodus Communications where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s financial, treasury, investor relations, legal, human resource and security functions. Before Exodus, Case was executive vice president and chief financial officer for enterprise data storage provider Auspex Systems, Inc. Case led Auspex’s efforts to shift its business model and generate financing to fuel a major technology and market transition.
