Unified Data Storage provider IceWEB has announced that its entire line of storage products are now available to Federal, State and Local Governments through Promark Technology’s two-tier GSA Services Agreement. Government buyers are empowered to purchase authorized products from Promark’s 1,200 plus Value Added Resellers and System Integrators, through the agreement, reports PR USA. Serving as the catalyst for billions of dollars in annual federal government spending, the GSA Schedule enables the DOD to spend about 70 percent; the rest is spent by civilian agencies such as the Department of Commerce, Treasury, and Agriculture.
“’GSA schedules are the favored purchasing mechanism for most federal buyers and an ideal contract vehicle for our resellers to utilize,’ stated John R. Signorello, IceWEB CEO. “Having our products on Promark’s GSA schedule simplifies and streamlines the purchasing process. Government buyers save time and money; IceWEB resellers enjoy broader exposure and shorter sales cycles.’”
