Vixel Corporation today announced the appointment of Beth White to its executive staff as its new vice president of worldwide marketing.
Ms. White will direct the full range of Vixel’s strategic marketing initiatives, including business development, corporate marketing, marketing communications, product and technical marketing and channel marketing.
“Beth brings a wealth of business expertise and leadership to Vixel. During her tenure with us as a consultant, she has been extremely effective in repositioning the Company’s go-to-market product strategies to further our position as a leading provider of storage solution technologies,” said Jim McCluney, CEO of Vixel. “We are delighted that she has joined our executive staff in this pivotal role and we’re looking forward to her continued contributions as we leverage Vixel’s technologies into new business areas such as software and embedded technology sales.”
Previously, Ms. White was senior partner at Global Accelerator and 54th Street Partners, a consulting firm based out of San Jose, California.
