FalconStor Software, Inc. said it has initiated collaboration with Oracle by joining the OraclePartnerNetwork and certifying Oracle9i Database with its IPStor storage network-based data management software.
“FalconStor is committed to working with Oracle to provide value to Oracle software and customers by enhancing productivity and availability of the Oracle9i Database,” said Wayne Lam, FalconStor vice president of marketing. “Oracle’s commitment to high availability clustering aligns with FalconStor’s philosophy of ensuring continuous access to valuable information stored in the Oracle9i Database.”
As an Oracle PartnerNetwork member, FalconStor will now have online access to Oracle development for new product information as well as early previews of new technology. With the certification of Oracle9i Database, IPStor said it provides Oracle applications a comprehensive set of data management and storage services across diverse OS platforms.
