SAN JOSE, Calif. — The unstructured data storage company Quantum is rolling out software to help it deliver services to clients.

Quantum released its secure service delivery platform MyQuantum for customers, according to the company this month.

MyQuantum is intended to provide customers with single sign-on (SSO) access to resources. The platform is part of Quantum’s “transformation” to a software and as-a-service company and business model.

MyQuantum is available to Quantum customers.

The platform is designed for organizations managing data across multiple data centers, both on-premises and in a hybrid or multi-cloud model, to streamline support and monitoring of Quantum assets.

With MyQuantum, customers can manage their support cases, search the Quantum knowledge base and post-sales documentation, download software, and monitor their Quantum assets, using cloud-based analytics (CBA) AIOps software.

Quantum will continue to enhance the functionality of MyQuantum: expanding access to applications; additional options role-based access; and adding account management functionality, such as subscription renewals and order history tracking.

MyQuantum is the latest in a series of new offerings within Quantum’s support and services portfolio to help customers design, install, and use their Quantum products.

Quantum recently introduced several service offerings, including its Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) services to provide premium, dedicated resource support for large customers.

The introduction of the MyQuantum service delivery platform is “a key step toward providing more value-add services to our customers as well as improving the overall customer experience,” said Rick Valentine, chief customer officer, Quantum.

“We’re excited to make it broadly available to our entire customer base, as we continue to expand our as-a-service offerings.”
